Thank you for your interest in signing up for Watchung Borough's Emergency Notification System. We are proud to offer this service to our residents. This Emergency Notification System, or Reverse 911 as it is sometimes known, gives Police and Borough Officials the ability to disseminate critical information to our residents in a timely and effective manner. This notification system can be used in times of emergency, evacuations, missing persons, major traffic events or important Police information in your neighborhood, to name a few.
There is no need to update your residential and business landline phone numbers, the Borough through Verizon will maintain and update these automatically as needed. This form is for your additional contact phone numbers to keep you informed during emergencies wherever you may be. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will only be used for emergency notifications.
